I will return to campus August 16, 2010. If you need to speak with someone before then, please contact the VPA main office, 678-466-4750.

Scheduling Appontments

If you are seeking advisment, please follow the directions in the "Advisement" section below before making an appointment.

Current CSU Students

Advisortrac iconCurrent CSU students who wish to meet with me can now schedule an appointment through Advisortrac. (Advisortrac is available through the Swan. Look for the black icon in the row of icons on your Swan home page, similar to the one to the left of this paragraph.) Once you log in to Advisortrac, navigate to the Dept. of Visual and Performing Arts, then select my name from the drop-down menu.

Everyone Else

Advisortrac is available only to currently enrolled students. Everyone else should contact me via email to schedule an appointment. My contact information and my office hours for the current semester are listed on my home page.

Advisement

First-time Advisement

Because advisement appointments are necessarily short, I will not be able to answer all of your questions if you do not prepare before coming to see me. Before meeting with me for the first time, please complete the following steps.

  1. Carefully read the CMS web site. Many common questions are answered here.
  2. Print out an CMS advisment guide, which is available on the CMS web site. In pencil, fill in the courses you have already taken in the appropriate blocks, and bring this form with you to our session.

Advisment for Returning Students

Returning students should review the courses offered during the upcoming semester before meeting our scheduled appointment. On the DUCK, CMS courses are now listed under the Department of Visual and Performing Arts.
